Class Descriptions
To ensure a safe and focused environment, participants at our yoga studio must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
Individuals under the age of 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a participating adult.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious yoga experience for all.

Beginners Yoga
A supportive & welcoming environment where you can start your journey into yoga. In this class, you'll learn foundational poses & essential breathing techniques, focusing on alignment & mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle sequences that encourage exploration & build confidence, making yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Join us to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body & mind as you embark on this transformative journey.
Empower Flow
A Hatha based class that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. During this class we add some dynamic movement between each asana. Slightly slower than our Hatha Flow class

The perfect balance of breath, vinyasa flow, strength & rejuvenating rest offering an upbeat empowering experience finishing with a restorative shavasana

Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga is a traditional system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Mind Body Stillness
A yin'spired style class...yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Asanas may be held from two minutes to five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians.

Rest & Reset
A restorative yoga class that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Slow Flow
Taking the movement of flow and honoring time to explore each movement. Feeling your body in each pose while connecting mindful movement with your breathe.

Gentle Flow
Designed to nurture both body & mind. This slow-paced practice is perfect for prenatal students & those recovering from injuries, featuring gentle movements that enhance flexibility, improve circulation, & promote relaxation. Guided through mindful sequences that emphasize breath awareness, you'll connect deeper with your body while receiving modifications & support to ensure comfort throughout the session. Whether you are expecting or on the mend, this class fosters a safe space for healing & rejuvenation, allowing you to find your flow in a gentle embrace of yoga.

Karma Class
Donation based yoga class. Net proceeds of these funds will be donated to local charities located here in Port Perry. These classes will be suitable for all levels of yoga and will be various teachers within our community.
Any donation is welcomed & appreciated.

Join us by livestreaming any of our classes online from the comfort of your home. Please ensure you have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga bolster, a blanket, and ample room to move your body
