Class Descriptions

To ensure a safe and focused environment, participants at our yoga studio must be a minimum of 14 years of age.

Individuals under the age of 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a participating adult.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious yoga experience for all.

Beginners Yoga

The perfect class for all levels! An absolute beginner level so you can learn the foundations of asana, breath work and meditation.

 

Empower Flow

A Hatha based class that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. During this class we add some dynamic movement between each asana. Slightly slower than our Hatha Flow class

Fit Flow

The perfect balance of breath, vinyasa flow, strength & rejuvenating rest offering an upbeat empowering experience finishing with a restorative shavasana

Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga is a traditional system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. During this class we add some dynamic movement between each asana. Slightly faster than Empower Flow & Slow Flow

Mind Body Stillness

 A yin'spired style class...yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Asanas may be held from two minutes to five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians.

Rest & Reset

A restorative yoga class that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Slow Flow

Taking the movement of flow and honoring time to explore each movement. Feeling your body in each pose while connecting mindful movement with your breathe.

Vinyasa Flow

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise, when movement is paired with the breath. Vinyasa yoga helps build muscle strength while improving endurance because the challenging poses are done in quick succession.

Karma Class

Donation based yoga class. Net proceeds of these funds will be donated to local charities located here in Port Perry. These classes will be suitable for all levels of yoga and will be various teachers within our community.

Any donation is welcomed & appreciated.

Family Yoga

Join our Family Yoga class for a delightful session designed for all ages, where you and your younger family members will enjoy breathwork, yoga movements, mudras, affirmations, and a calming mini shavasana. One paid spot includes a youth guest (15 or younger), with adults required to accompany their guests at all times. For safety, all participants must remain in the yoga room unless accompanied. Experience the joy of yoga together and create lasting memories!

Chakra Yin

Delve deep into the subtle energy centers of the body, known as chakras, through gentle yet powerful Yin poses and mindful breathing techniques. This meditative practice aims to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, promoting healing and vitality. Each pose is strategically designed to target and open specific chakras, allowing for the release of tension and emotional blockages. Whether you're seeking stress relief, enhanced flexibility, or a deeper connection to your inner self, Chakra Yin Yoga provides a nurturing space for all levels to explore and restore.

Livestream Classes

Join us by livestreaming any of our classes online from the comfort of your home. Please ensure you have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga bolster, a blanket, and ample room to move your body
